1, itary Sand Barrier Description:

Sand barrier is a defence barrier mainly used in the confilict area to protect the itary camp, civilians area and some border area in the two contires, THe heights could be adjsutable and tension level could be adjsuted too like using the wider box to make the barrier wall more stronger.

It a barrier which combine the welded wire mesh box with geotextile cloth assembled together, the sand or rocks woudl be filled into the box to make the Sand Barrier stonger enough as protection wall.

2,How to make the itary Sand Barrier in the factory?

(1)we need to confirm the material details like wire surface treatment, the galvanized wire is highly used for this products. the hole size , we have 45mm*45mm,50mm*50mm hole size could be used , but it's adjustable, the bigger size we could save the cost .

(2) Geotextile cloth would be used 100g/per meter and the sand color would be recommanded.

(3) the wire mesh panel size and geotextile cloth size would be confirmed based on the designer from the customer.

(4)we would used the spring wire to assemable the wire mesh panel into box and air nail gun to punch the geotextile cloth into the box
