Color avalable:
The effect of decorative style can be most significantly influenced by color. We offer an infinite number of color combinations for various design types. To alter the color of the metal mesh fabrics, we often apply the following surface treatment techniques.
Acid washing is a much simpler method than other methods. The idea behind acid washing is to remove oxide or inclusions from the surface. The color can last a long time without rusting or fading after acid washing.
Baking Paint: Baking paint is a general coloring method in which lacquer is sprayed on the surface, paint colors are mixed, and then painted onto the metal wire mesh fabric. After applying color to the surface, it will be baked at high temperatures to achieve a long-lasting color. The colors produced by baking paint will be vibrant and lovely.
Anodic oxidation is commonly used for aluminum wire fabric. Stainless steel is typically cleaned with acid and then baked with paint. In either case, unlimited color options are supported.
Titanium nitride (PVD) coating, Copper plating are also used in decorative mesh, the cost of these 2 methods are higher but more durable than paint coating.
The following colors are included in the color show, and you can find more in the Pantone Formula Guide Coated (Metallics Guide) and contact us to customize.
